Mr. Jitendra Kulkarni has played senior leadership roles in IT industry in Singapore and Overseas for over 35 years. Prior to founding Winspire solutions , he was the CEO of Redington India , based out of Singapore, for 8 years. Before Redington, he was the General manager-MIS of Godrej Pacific Technology Ltd. (Now Ingram Micro). He comes with a strong process consulting and software development background and has led several large digital transformation projects successfully. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Shivaji University and MBA-Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. He also holds a post Graduate Diploma in software Technology from National Centre for Software technology (NCST), Mumbai and has completed Enterprise Leadership for Transformation program from National University of Singapore ( NUS ).

Narendra has responsibilities of Winspire’s global support center and India Operations. He oversees Sales, Implementation and support and looks after talent management and client relationship. He has over 30 years of experience which includes senior leadership role in large corporates as a Chief Operating Officer and Vice President in BFSI sector in India and overseas. He holds post graduate degree Mathematics from Pune University and Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India

Vinod has over 19 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing. He has been working with Winspire for over 6 years and has worked towards customer acquisition, key account management and new business initiatives. He is responsible for Sales and Business related operations of Winspire India. He has been a part of Microsoft Dynamics Solution sales for over 15 years and has gathered vast experience across industry verticals like distribution, projects, services and manufacturing. He is a Chemical Engineer and MBA (Marketing & Finance) from Pune University, India.

Pandharinath Rahane has played various roles (Functional Consultant, Lead Consultant, Project Manager and Presales Manager) in the ERP industry for over 12 years. Prior to Joining the IT Industry, he had worked in IT Department of SMEs for 18 years. He comes with a strong IT background and has led several large ERP Implementation project rollouts successfully. He is a Science Graduate from Pune University, India.

Sandeep has over 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central Solutions. He has managed multiple roles such as Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, Techno-Functional consultant, Manger -Customer Support. He has handled 100+ Support Customer in various Industry verticals like Wholesale and Distribution, Projects and Services, Manufacture, Retail. He is a Computer Engineer (Pune University, India).

Saravana Selvan has been part of Winspire Solutions for more than 10 years now, out of 15+ years of experience in ERP Software Industry. He is the Go-to person when it comes to Licenses Purchases from Microsoft, Cloud Service Providers (CSP) and other Winspire Partners including LS Retail & Jet Analytics. Also, plays an important role in Sales, Accounts Management & customer support, in all geographies of Winspire Solutions. He has done Instrumentation & Control Engineering from Madras University and MBA (Systems & Marketing) from PSG College of Technology, Anna University. He is also an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and has completed Microsoft Certifications viz. Dynamics 365 for Sales, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Power Platform Fundamentals.

Anuya handles Accounts for Winspire India, Winspire UAE and Winspire UK. She has been working with Winspire Solutions for 5 years and has a total experience of over 13 years. She has been involved in setting up the company’s internal processes. She is a postgraduate from Pune university. She also holds a Diploma in Office Automation and Financial Accounting and is currently pursuing Executive MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (Pune, India).

Shreyasi has over 11 years of work experience across IT and KPO Industry. She has worked closely with leaders to transform company culture and create a better working place. She has experience is crucial facets of HR Talent Management and Talent Engagement. She holds master’s degree in human resources from Indira Group of Institutes and has achieved certification in human resource management from XLRI in collaboration with SHRM, India. She is compassionate towards the wellbeing of voiceless animals and works towards the rescue, foster and rehoming of stray animals in Pune, India.

Vaibhav Solanki has 9+ years of experience in cloud technology. He is responsible for, and leads Cloud Technology presales & solutioning, implementation and cloud support for all geographies. Vaibhav has completed 100+ projects of Azure and M365 (formerly Office 365) and handles support of over 100+ customers for Winspire Group. Prior to joining Winspire, he worked in IT departments of well-known bank and insurance companies of India. He is a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu (India). He is also an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate): Cloud Platform Charter Member

Vishal has over 14 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central Solutions. He has managed multiple roles such as Techno-Functional consultant, Support Manager, Team Leader and Project Manager. He has handled 100+ Support Customer in various Industry verticals like Wholesale and Distribution, Equipment rental, Projects and Services, Retail. He is an Electronics Engineering Graduate (Pune University, India).

Amol is a competent professional with 15+ years of experience in Analysis, Design, Development & Delivery Management of Projects and third party integrations using Microsoft Technologies. His domain exposure entails experience in working on applications for E-Commerce, ERP, Distribution, Retail. He is Forward Focused Technical Project Manager with strong skills in Microsoft technologies ensuring that deadlines are met within project budgets. He is a Computer Science Graduate and a Masters in Computer Applications. He is also an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional).

Sunita comes with a work experience of 17 years in ERP domain. She has 5+ years of experience in integration of Dynamics Navision system using Asp.NET and C#. She also has 5+ years of experience as Techno Functional Consultant - implementing and supporting Dynamics Navision system.
